This was one of the most original requests I've had....a cookie with a picture of a special teacher on it! This was a challenge, as piping a face in icing is not as easy as making a sketch on paper, but I went with it! It is good to try new things, right? The platter was a really nice gesture for a very special teacher and I do hope it brightened his day!
