76 Days and Counting.....

I thought this was a great idea for a "non-bridey" bridal shower. The bride did not want any type of "bride" decor for the shower, so the host sent me a copy of the invite and asked if I could put "76 days" on each cookie favor  since there were 76 days until the wedding. The favors matched the color theme and invitation for the shower and I love the simplicity and sweetness of how they turned out! Thanks so much Anne!

Where's the Armada?

This is a good one...Made these for my neighbor whose 3 month old black Nissan Armada was stolen RIGHT OUT OF THEIR DRIVEWAY! There is a happy ending, which is that an Indian Hill Ranger found the car in a parking lot in Northern Kentucky, so she took these cookies to him as a thank you for finding her car!

Back To School!

Definitely the most bittersweet time of the year for me....back to school. This year is particularly hard since my oldest, pictured above,  already started high school and my baby is starting kindergarten (and the one in the middle will be in her last year at our elementary school that I ADORE!)  Can't believe it, a lot for this mama to handle! Another reason why I love making cookies - creative outlets for my angst and a small way to bring joy to people! Hoping for a GREAT year for ALL!

These were for a customer who's daughter won a singing contest and was having a party to celebrate and thank all of her fans that voted for her! The microphones were fun! Had to be creative and liked how they turned out!

Yes, I know it's April, but I thought that since I just updated Easter cookie photos, I might as well throw the Christmas ones in too! I did LOTS of Christmas cookies for people this year, and SADLY, I never took a photo of an unwrapped platter of cutouts....I think I was officially delirious.

St. Ursula!

I made these cookies on a stick for my oldest daughter who will be a Freshman at St. Ursula (my alma mater) in the Fall. I can't believe she's going to high school....I still vivdly remember crying the day she left for kindergarten. Swear it was just yesterday! We are so proud of her and excited for all that lies ahead.

Ursuline Spring Dance

I made this party tray for a customer hosting a pre-dance dinner for Ursuline Academy. She wanted me to make the dark green and gold school colors look more "springy" and fun. I thought they turned out really cute and more modern than the traditional school colors. Great idea!
