Closed for the Holiday!

Just a quick post to say that my little bake shop is officially CLOSED for vacation! No photos to post at this time, just did lots of Easter cookies this week similar to those I already posted. I will have limited access to emails, so if you email me for a cookie inquiry, please be patient. I will be open again on Monday, April 8th. Happy Easter to all and thank you to all of my great customers!

Hippety Hoppety, Easter's on its Way!

Did some early Easter cookies last week. More on the schedule this week, then SPRING BREAK! I am so ready for some sunshine and warmer temperatures, as I post this looking out the window watching snow fall. I colored Easter eggs with my kids yesterday. It didn't seem right coloring eggs while we had a fire going in the fireplace with snow in the air! So ready for winter to be over!

Wedding Shower

Some pink and purple wedding shower cookies. I love including as many details as I can on the party trays, like for these I was able to incorporate the bride and grooms names, wedding date, location of the wedding and the reception. Fun details that make the cookies that much more special to the person/people of honor. Details that can't be incorporated into most other dessert options!

Tiffany Baby Shower

These Tiffany blue baby shower cookies are sweet and classy. Love that color!

Dream Big....READ!

These cute open books were for a "neighborhood library" opening that someone in a nearby neighborhood is starting. LOVE the idea. They placed a very cute "library" that is a little larger than a mailbox on a post in their front yard and are inviting neighbors to drop off or pick up books to read. Such a fabulous idea! Hope it went well!  These would also be cute for a teacher or librarian!

Yoga Birthday!

Love how these 50th birthday yoga cookies turned out. The symbol in the center cookie is a yoga symbol....the possibilities are endless with cookie art! I love trying new designs! Happy birthday

Two separate birthday platters for a lucky 17 year old! One for her actual birthday in purples. pinks, and yellows, and one for her family birthday party on St. Patricks Day in Purples and greens with some shamrocks. Fun!

Busy Week!

Ok, I think I am up to date on photos from last week. It was a busy one, and unfortunately I fogot to take photos of everything, especially some Easter ones I did for a customer. I will be doing Easter cookies, but only have a spot for a few more orders before taking a week off for Spring Break. My bake shop will be closed from March 29-April 7th. Thanks so much!

Karen Wellington Foundation Event

These pretty logo flowers were for a Karen Wellington Foundation event in which women LIVING with breast cancer are awarded wonderful trips to take to make more great memories with those they love. It is an amazing foundation and I was so happy to be able to make cookies for their event. The logo is darling and worked so well on a cookie. LOVE IT!

Play Ball!

It;s getting to be that time of the year again, THANK GOODNESS! That means that spring must be right around the corner and summer baseball will be in full "swing" before we know it! Yeah! Love the Red's cookies, always a "hit"! Wow, I'm killing myself with these puns! Go Reds!

Happy Hour!

Love these cocktail cookies....red wine, white wine, margarita, cosmo, or beer....such decisions! I made these for a friend whose daughter is retiring from a long swimming career and this past weekend was their last swim championship meet up in Oxford. Both the swimmers and the parents invest a lot into a swimming "career" and it is certainly something to be celebrated.....good times, great friends and memories that will last! Cheers!

I'm labeling these as birthday cookies since they are presents, but they were actually for a Mother/Daughter luncheon with a "Tiffany theme". Love that Tiffany Blue!
