FAQ's

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions I receive from customers:

1.) Do you ship?

I currently do not ship cookies. I am fortunate to have enough local business right now and therefore do not have the time to devote to this extra step.


2.)Where are you located?

I am located on the east side of Cincinnati Ohio.


3.)Do you deliver?

I currently do not deliver.  IF there are extreme circumstances that require a mutually agreed upon delivery, there will be a $7 minimum charge, depending on the delivery distance.


4.)How can I place an order?

I prefer that orders are placed via email. With experience, I have learned that it is easiest for me to track orders this way and gives me a rolling record of business. Additionally, I have found myself in very long and drawn out games of phone tag with people, which makes email seem so much more efficient!
I always try to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from me after 2 days or so, feel free to send a follow up email.

5.)Do you offer vegan or gluten free cookies?

I currently do not offer either of these options.


6.)Do you do cakes or cupcakes?

I do not. I am confident in my cookie making abilities, however my cakes and cupcakes are not as professional at this point.


7.) How can I pay for cookies?

Payment is due at time of pickup and I accept cash or checks made out to Dori Moellering.
